We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to use the Service for your own projects.
You retain ownership of content you post (logs, posts, notes, checklists, manuals metadata, media). You grant KitBuilderPro a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content to operate and improve the Service. Do not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
We may modify or discontinue the Service and may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KitBuilderPro and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content or use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Anchorage, Alaska under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court. Class actions are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first use by emailing Support@KitBuilderPro.com.
